Soccer is Starting!

Fall intramurals are open to all Ellison students from Grades 1 - 8. The season will begin
with three practice days held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, September 16th – 18th, from 3:15 PM - 4:45 PM.

At each practice we will work on various ball skills and team concepts. All children will need to attend at least one of the practice days in order to be part of a team. Teams will be announced Friday, September 19th. Games will begin the following week and be played on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, beginning at 3:30 PM. The season will end during the last week in October.

If enough students sign up we will have three divisions: 1st and 2nd grade (Tuesday);
3rd and 4th grade (Wednesday); and 5th - 8th grade (Thursday). Upper School students will have an opportunity to earn Community Service points by serving as Team Organizers for the Lower School teams. They will help with team warm-ups, assign positions and make substitutions as needed.

If your child(ren) would like to participate please fill out the permission form and return it to the school no later than Friday, September 12th. Please let the office know which days your child(ren) will be attending practice and/or staying for games.
