Scheduling

  • Missed days or weeks will not be carried over to the following week or month.

  • Regular Camp activities take place between 8am and 3pm.

  • Before- and after-care times are from 7:30 to 8am and from 3pm to 5:30pm. These times are childcare times.  Formal summer camp activities are not planned for these times.

  • Half-day camp time is from 8am to 12pm.  We ask that you arrive on-time and pick-up by 12 noon.  We need to be able to count on consistent scheduling in order to safely staff our program.  We also need to be able to know when all of our part-time campers are on-site.  Maintaining consistent hours of 8-12 assists us in these safety measures.

  • If not attending camp all five week days, we ask that you choose your days when registering and remain consistent with these same days throughout the summer.  Again, this is for safe staffing purposes.  Exceptions can be made to weekly scheduled days by inquiring with the main office two weeks in advance.
